It’s so weird how you can start cravings after flipping through a food magazine or watching food channel. Sometimes the recipes provided might be too complicated for someone who is new to the kitchen. Let’s first admit that not everyone is good at cooking but we always can get better through practice.

In Kenya, Nyama choma (roast meat) is one of the most popular ways to prepare any meat. Friends and families drive out of town to access the best meat joints around. You might be a meat lover but don’t have enough time to go out or it’s too expensive to drive out of town. With some simple instructions you can prepare the delicious goat Nyama choma right at your back yard.

After your processed goat is delivered from http://www.mbuzionline.co.ke ,you can start with this recipe immediately.

What you need:

Mutton in chunks

2 big bulb onions

4 cloves of garlic

2 table spoons of black pepper

A handful of rosemary

Quarter cup of cooking oil

Quarter cup of soy sauce

And some vegetables to serve

How to prepare:

Mix all ingredients together aside from the mutton. Rub the spice mixture all over the meat, cover with foil and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.

After 4-5 hours remove the meat from the fridge, prepare your grill and have it hot. Drain the excess marinade to avoid dripping too much on the grill. On the grill, turn the meat frequently to avoid burning until it’s cooked to your desired tenderness.

In case the meat gets too sticky on the grill you can brush lightly some of the remaining marinade or use a mixture of salt and water.

Remove the meat from the grill and serve.

Goat meat,Nyama choma often goes well with Ugali and vegetables.

Enjoy!
