GOtv Celebrates with its Customers this Festive Season

This festive season, the MultiChoice service squad will be offering daily free decoder accessories, decoder diagnoses, faulty decoder repairs and also educating subscribers on do-it-yourself (DIY) self-help service techniques to help viewers enjoy uninterrupted viewing.

This initiative is part of its 20 year celebrations to help its viewers to fully enjoy its channels. This being termed as the ‘customer month,’ it is going to run up to January 2016. GOtv servicer people will travel across Kenya offering free decoder accessories, decoder diagnosis, repairing faulty decoders and also educating their clients on how to go about a problem by themselves.

In a statement by GOtv Kenya General Manager Mr. Felix Kyego, he stated that the customer week is in line with their mission of enabling their subscribers to be in a position to enjoy the best digital television in Africa at anytime, anyplace and using any device.

Starting this week, customers in Naivasha will be attended to from 14th to 17th December at Vinsat Solutions next to KWFT Bank and Orange Telkom office, off Maimahiu Naivasha road. In Ruaka, the GOtv squad will be next to Bellsat Electronics Nakumatt, Gazebo opposite prestige on Ngong Road from 14th to 20th December.

Customers from Kakamega will be served from 14th to 15th December next to Nayan’s Agencies. Subscribers in Kisumu will be served at the CBD next to the Standard Chartered Bank Kondele Centre from 17th to 20th December. Those residing in Mlolongo will be served outside Sweet dreams while those in Machakos can visit Family Bank for assistance.

Customers will be able to obtain high definition and quality decoders at reduced prices and they will also stand chances of winning numerous items like t-shirts, decoders and even subscriptions.

GOtv offers services across various platforms such as satellites, GOtv’s Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT) and mobile phones so as to cater for the needs of various Kenyan households.
