How the Government of Kenya Can Help Empower Start Ups

The Kenyan population is largely made up of the youth, but how many of these youth are unemployed? How many of them still wallow in abject poverty simply because they are jobless?  What are some of the mechanisms that need to be put in place so as to address this issue?

According to Mr. Steve Biko (SokoAnalyst), the country urgently needs job creators who will empower the youth to have a better Kenya. He says initiatives such as what Kenya Commercial Bank has put in place in ensuring that a Kenyan youth is economically empowered are worth to be emulated by other stakeholders.

According to him, the government of Kenya has to do the following to make sure that startups in business, majority of who are the youth, get something to hold on as it strives to fight the issue of unemployment:
