Safaricom the Top Mover of the Day at the NSE

Marshalls (E.A) Ltd was the top gainer of the day. The company gained 9.52 percent at the price of 9.20 shillings per share. It was followed by Standard Group Ltd which gained 7.14 percent at the price of 3.00 shillings per share. Williamson Tea Kenya Ltd, Uchumi Supermarket Ltd and Liberty Kenya Holdings Ltd gained 4.74, 4.00 and 3.81 percent respectively at the price of 199.00, 3.90 and 15.00 shillings per share.

Eaagads Ltd was the top loser of the day. The company lost 7.61 percent at the price of 21.25 shillings per share. Olympia came in second by losing 6.33 percent at the price of 3.70 shillings per share. Sameer Africa Ltd, Standard Chartered Bank Ltd and Home Africa Ltd each lost 6.25, 4.88 and 3.57 percent respectively at the price of 3.00, 195.00 and 1.35 shillings per share as shown below:
