Climb Up the Value Chain During the 2016 Entrepreneurs Boot Camp

The Entrepreneurs Boot Camp (EBC) in collaboration with the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN) Kenya will be hosting an entrepreneurs’ mentorship programme from 17th to 20th November 2016 at the Voyager Beach Resort in Mombasa.
This follows the renewal of partnership between GEN Kenya and EBC. EBC is set to be the flagship event in Kenya during the Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) which will take place between 14th – 20th November 2016.
According to EBC, those fit their profile include founders, director, C.E.O’s or senior level executives of companies that are making impact, generating wealth and creating opportunities. They are innovators, thought leaders and policy makers.
There are a lot of new things that have been prepared for this year’s EBC and they are as follows;
- There is a New Conference App that can be used to access the conference program. You are now able to View the profile of speakers and attendees from your smart phone through our conference App.
- Business Match Making– EBC is adding a Business Matchmaking Feature that will add value to attendees by enabling them to maximizes the networking opportunities offered at during EBC.
- Thematic tours –The delegates in the afternoon will be able to visit several industry and agribusiness ventures. There will also be a tour to explore Mombasa town thus giving delegates a chance to experience the beauty of the coastal city while giving them ample time to network.
- Competitions- Startups will have an opportunity to participate in competitions that will culminate with the best start ups selected to pitch to investors and stand a chance to get mentored, win prizes and access equity investment from investors.
- Exhibition– Village Businesses will have an opportunity to showcase what they have on offer at the exhibition village. The exhibition village will be open to members of the public with over 4,000 people expected to visit the exhibition stands.
