Tezza Partners With Gebeya to Improve IT Skills In Africa

IT professionals and companies in Africa can now benefit from enhanced capacity building after Africa’s online developer workplace Gebeya Limited and Tezza Business Solutions the premier quality assurance, Software Testing and custom Software development company signed a partnership agreement that will see the two companies improve IT skills as well as increase the number of software testers and quality assurance in Ethiopia and Kenya.

Under the agreement Gebeya will work with Tezza Business Solutions to ensure that it identifies software quality assurance prospects, offer talent and software development services to Tezza as per need basis. Other aspects of the partnership include collaboration to offer training for DevOps to various companies specializing in but not limited to, Enterprise Application, architecture and API Engineering.

This partnership sprouts as the local market continues to demand from IT professionals the need to address integration issues with existing legacy systems as there is no standard regulation and testing certification for software being developed for consumers.  Following the increase of more advanced skills and training of more professionals, organizations can thus expect better more reliable software benchmarked to international standards.
