Technology has led to innovations and inventions of a number of software tools that have helped in improving how activities are conducted across the globe.

A good example of the impact of technology in our society today is the recently launched Chamasoft App which is a bookkeeping tool for Investment Groups, commonly known as Chamas in Kenya.

Chamasoft automates the operations of these groups, eliminating the need for complex Excel sheets and bulky write-up, thereby making the work of financial bookkeeping within the group easier.

The tool has been made in such a way that it is online based. This means that it can be accessed anywhere and at any given time with a support team that is always ready to assist any investment group treasure in utilizing the software.

Chamasoft is available on Web (Desktop) and on mobile, i.e. Android supported gadget thus can be accessed at any given time.

The steps followed when setting up the platform before using the software include signing up, registering group members, adding the group’s bank account, setting up the contribution and finally backdated the finances of the Chama.

Charges for the tool have been well selected to ensure that they are as affordable as possible. A group can either choose to be charged on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis, depending on their preferences.

The Monthly Charge package is 600 shillings and it serves an investment group with up to 20 members. Every member above 20 is therefore charged 30 shillings. The Annual package charge is 5,000 shillings for a maximum of 20 members, and every member above 20 is charged 360 shillings. The quarterly package is charged 1,500 shillings for a group of 20 members and those above the set maximum number are charged 120 shillings.

It is time to empower your investment group with Chamasoft. A tool that is here to sort all finance related challenges that Chamas have been facing. A tool that will ensure that all documents and information concerning an investment group are securely stored for present and future reference.
