This is how the Shilling Was Trading Against Other Currencies around the World

The Kenyan shilling has been resilient against major currencies around the globe including the US Dollar, the Sterling Pound, and the Euro.

On Thursday, a US Dollar was going for 100.9278 shillings and sold at 101.1278 shillings with a mean of 101.0278 shillings across all commercial banks.

The Sterling Pound was being bought at 141.5767 shillings and sold at 141.8833 shillings with a mean of 141.7300 shillings across all commercial banks.

The Euro was going for 123.7022 shillings and sold at 123.9817 shillings with a mean of 123.8419 shillings across all commercial banks.

Closer home, a Kenyan shilling was being bought at 36.4885 Ugandan Shillings and sold at 36.6102 Ugandan Shillings with a mean of 36.5494 Ugandan Shillings across the banks.

22.2985 Tanzania shillings were enough to sell a buy a Kenyan shilling and sell it at 22.4418 Tanzania shillings with a mean of 22.3702.
