Nakuru Town is one of the fastest growing towns in Kenya. With the plans to give the tow the status of a city already in the pipeline, the town is set to bloom with a wide range of investment opportunities for both existing and prospective investors.

The town has an estimated population of two million people, already playing in the same league with Kenya’s capital, Nairobi. The town has grown to be the administrative, economic investment, education, social and hospitality hub of the Rift Valley region.

With the advent of devolution, the town has become the indisputable resident for almost all County Governments functions. The national government recently announced plans to construct a 12-lane expressway from Nairobi to Nakuru in an effort to ease transport and promote trading activities.

The extension of the Standard Gauge Railway from Nairobi just took Nakuru to the next level. The extension has already kicked off and is expected to go to Naivasha, thereafter, to Nakuru, Eldoret and then Kisumu.

The setup and implementation of Nakuru Strategic Urban Development Plan of 2014 are transforming the town into an expansive urban area spanning 613 square kilometers as evident in the rise of Naka as a premier residential estate.

From a distance, as one approaches Naka Estate in Nakuru, one would notice the upcoming of an expansive project; Lakeview Heights Apartments overlooking Lake Nakuru by PRC.

Even as the construction progresses, it is easy to notice that Lakeview Heights is set to be more than just a house accompanied by a thrill of a modern lifestyle with the serenity of nature, affordable prices making it an ultimate investment for the discerning investor as well as a reality for home ownership.

According to PRC, Lakeview Heights comprises 40 units; 30 of them being 2-bedroomed while 10 of them are 3-bedroomed with adequate parking. Its location in Naka gated estate gives it proximity to a highway (600 meters) and to Nakuru town which is just 4.3 kilometers away. What is more, a rooftop terrace will offer a barbeque area for enjoying the serene surrounding.

In general, Nakuru is ripe for any investor especially for one with an eye for real estate.
