Here Are The Top 5 Gainers, Losers and Movers at the NSE on Wednesday

The top gainer of the day at the Nairobi Securities Exchange was the East African Cables with 9.76 percent at the price of 4.50 shillings per share.

The second top gainer of the day was ARM Cement with 8.82 percent at the price of 3.70 shillings per share. Sameer Africa and Mumias Sugar Company gained 8.33 and 6.67 percent at the price of 2.60 and 0.80 shillings per share respectively. Carbacid Investments gained 6.67 percent at the price 11.20 shillings per share.

Crowne Barger was the top loser of the day with 10.00 percent at the price of 72.00 shillings per share. I&M Holdings and Eveready East Africa lost 7.83 and 6.67 percent at the price of 106.00 and 1.40 shillings per share respectively.

Bamburi Cement and NIC Bank lost 2.78 and 2.74 percent at the price of 175.00 and 35.50 shillings per share respectively.

Safaricom PLC maintained its position as the top mover of the day after selling 5.13 million shares followed by Kenya Re-Insurance who sold 3.97 shares.

Kenya Commercial Bank and Equity Bank sold 2.16 and 1.33 million shares respectively while WPP ScanGroup sold 1.11 million shares.
