BY Soko Directory Team · August 17, 2018 09:08 am

We all are avid movie watchers in our own ways. Some love fantasies, others Sci-fi. Others prefer epic TV Shows better than action, drama, comedy, and superhero stuff. Nonetheless, there is that one show you would wish for it to continue forever.

That said, is your favorite show ending, canceled or entering a subsequent season? Here is a list of all the TV shows ending in 2018.

  • The Originals (The CW)

Oh dear! To some extent, we can all agree that The Originals was perhaps better than The Vampire Diaries. If you thought it would enter the sixth season later this or next year, you are in for a rude shock. Julie Plec’s The Originals ends with season five.

  • Scandal (ABC)

Scandal will wrap up for good with the currently running season; the seventh season. Well, it had been hinted that the show would possibly never get past the eight of the tenth episode and we thought, well, we shall see about that. Sadly, there’ll be no more Shonda Rhimes or the ABC’s Scandal after this year.

  • Once Upon a Time (ABC)

It sure has had a good run, but the lovers of Snow White and Prince Charming may tell you otherwise. Somehow, we can confidently say we saw this coming since, in season 6, most of the stars left the show. Well, if you were disappointed then, perhaps this ending will give you closure. Once Upon a Time is ending in season 7 this year.

  • You’re the Worst (FXX)

You are the Worst also closes shop in 2018. It may not be about the ratings for the series won critical support on how it handled PTSD and clinical depression to name a few. Nevertheless, this anti-rom-com TV show will be no more after its fifth season.

  • The Americans (FX)

Joe Weisberg FX’s The Americans will finally conclude with 10 episodes. The many praises and the little breakthrough in terms of ratings have all amounted to its ending this year. This is an absolute disappointed for the fans of the spy-drama series, but at least it has stayed long enough.

  • House of Cards (Netflix)

House of Cards and Netflix have a beautiful history, however, 2018 is its last year. The last season six will feature Robin Wright who replaced the actor and executive producer Kevin Spacey who, apparently, was facing serious sexual harassment allegations.

  • 12 Monkeys (Syfy)

You are not alone you went on a binge mode for this spectacular Syfy. Sadly, the reboot of the TV show 12 Monkeys will be wrapped with the fourth season being the last. Whatever will happen to the massive number of views and the solid DVR gains? So long 12 Monkeys.

  • Nashville (CMT)

Viacom’s CMT show, Nashville, the country music drama aired also ended in season 6. The show finished out with a split airing of the last 16 episodes in two runs in 2018.

  • The Middle (ABC)

ABC’s long-running sitcom The Middle was wrapped up in its 9th season. Although it has never been such a hit with the ratings, the series has stayed on the network for quite a while. Well, the show had 2018 to say goodbye to the fans.

  • Sense8 (Netflix)

The series, headed by Lilly Wachowski and Lana got an official finale season for 2018. The finale season was a response to the viewers outcry after Netflix had unsuccessfully axed the show sometime in 2017. But now it has come to an end.

Other tv shows that ended in 2018 include:

  • New Girl (Fox),
  • Veep (HBO),
