Sasini Tea and Coffee Kicks Off The Week as Top Gainer of the Day

The top gainer of the day was Sasini Tea and Coffee with 9.97 percent at the price of 20.95 shillings per share followed by Nation Media Group with 8.81 percent at the price of 71.00 shillings per share.

The East African Cables, Eveready East Africa, and Liberty Kenya gained 8.11, 7.14 and 6.19 percent at the price of 3.20, 1.20 and 12.00 shillings per share respectively.

Sanlam Kenya was the top loser of the day with 9.28 percent at the price of 23.45 shillings per share followed by HF Group with a loss of 6.61 percent at the price of 6.50 shillings per share.

BK Group, Umeme and Centum Investments Company lost 6.06, 6.02 and 4.69 percent at the price of 31.00, 7.50 and 33.55 shillings per share respectively.

Safaricom was the top mover of the day after selling 12.20 million shares followed by Kenya Power and Lighting Company who sold 3.28 million shares.

Kenya Re-Insurance and Co-operative Bank of Kenya sold 853,400 and 723,200 shares while Centum Investments Company sold 370,500 shares.
