List of Nationals Dead in the Ethiopian Airline Crash

All the 157 people who were aboard the Ethiopian Airline ET 302 that crashed 6 minutes after taking off from Bole International Airport are dead.

The Ethiopian Airline continues to give more details of the nationals who were on the plane destined for Nairobi.

The airline says the captain of the plane had reported some difficulties and requested to go back to the airport where he had been given clearance.

So far, Kenya has lost the highest number of people. According to the airline’s management, 32 of the perished passengers were Kenyans.

Canada and Ethiopia have lost 18 and 9 passengers respectively while China and Italy have lost 8 passengers each.

The pane also had 8 US citizen, 7 British and France citizens, and 6 from France. Netherlands had 5 citizens on board while 4 had UN passports.

Following the news of the 32 Kenyans, Kenya’s Transport CS James Macharia has send a team to Ethiopia. Two emergency centres have also been set up.
