List of 28 Officials, Including Henry Rotich to be Arrested over Arror and Kimwarer Loot

A statement has been issued by the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Nordin Haji where he has ordered for the immediate arrest of the Treasury Cabinet Secretary (CS) Henry Rotich, PS Kamau Thugge, David Kimosop, and 25 other KVDA officials.
Haji, when addressing the press has reinstated that, “Nobody is above the law, no matter how powerful”.
“Upon investigations by the DCI, it was established that the conception, procurement, and payment process for the Arror and Kimwarer dam projects in Elgeyo Marakwet County was riddled with massive illegalities,” Haji revealed.
The DPP has noted that the Government officials led by CS Rotich abused their oath of office and ought to step down to pave way for prosecution.
“Evidence shows massive malpractice, the law was circumvented,” Haji noted.
