Cytonn Investments Ranked Among Top 100 Companies to Work for in 2019

A new report released by BrighterMonday has placed Cytonn Investments as one of the top 100 companies to work for in 2019 in Kenya.

The report, dubbed Best 100 Companies to Work For, which is released annually, placed Cytonn Investments at position 27 overall, out of the best 100 best employees in Kenya.

From the BrighterMonday report, the list of the top 100 companies to work for is made up of companies or organizations that respondents think to possess their most desired intrinsic and extrinsic traits.

Some intrinsic traits used to rank the organizations included job security, competitive pay package, career growth, financial stability of a company, welfare benefits, etc.

On the other hand, some extrinsic traits in the ranking in the report were strong relatable company values and goals, open effective management, flexible working hours, transparent performance management, health programs, etc.

Cytonn Investments also made it on the Best 100 Respected & Admired Companies List, having been placed at position 28 overall. This essentially means that Cytonn is the 28th most admired and respected company in Kenya, with most respondents of the survey upholding it in very high regard.

Additionally, Cytonn Investments came in at the 39th position in the Best 100 Desired Companies with respondents saying they would really like to work for the company.

According to BrighterMonday, it sent out a survey to its over 800,000 users, where a total of 3,448 valid responses were used in the final analysis with data from two surveys – external and internal.

The external survey targeted the general public while the internal survey focused on employees working at numerous companies in Kenya. The majority of the respondents were aged between 18 and 35, live in Nairobi and hold a Bachelor’s degree.
