Here Is President Uhuru Kenyatta’s Reshuffled Cabinet

President Uhuru Kenyatta has today, 14th January 2020, addressed the nation from the Mombasa state house and stated areas where his Government will focus on while naming a reshuffle of the Government.

In his address, the President mentioned replacements for existing Cabinet Secretary Mwangi Kiunjuri and Adan Mohammed moved a number of existing CS’s to other ministries and mentioned a number of new Chief Permanent Secretaries.

Fresh names in President Uhuru’s Government Cabinet Secretaries that have come by surprise include Betty Maina, the now CS for Industrialization and Mutahi Kagwe the now CS for Health.

Mutahi Kagwe is now the Cabinet Secretary for Health previously held by Sicily Kariuki as named by President Uhuru.

Raychelle Omamo has been moved to Foreign affairs while Sicily Kariuki who was the Cabinet Secretary for Health has been moved to the CS Water,sanitation and Irrigation.

Peter Munya is now the new Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture,Livestock, Fisheries and Cooperates from the CS Trade while Monica Juma is now the CS Defense.

Solomon Chelugui has been moved to the ministry of Labour while Ukur Yattani has been confirmed as the substantive National Treasury Cabinet Secretary.

Joe Okundo is now the Permanent Secretary of sports whose Cabinet Secretary remains to be Amina Mohamed as named by President Uhuru.
