Local Stakeholder Consultation for CDM carbon project activities in Kenya under the PoA10053 ‘Empowering DRC Communities Through The Use Of Improved Cook Stoves’

Dear Stakeholder,

BURN Manufacturing Co. will implement CDM carbon project activities under the CDM Programme of Activities (PoA) ‘PoA10053 Empowering DRC communities through the use of Improved Cook Stoves‘. The PoA is managed by BURN Manufacturing Co. In this context, a Local Stakeholder Public Consultation will be carried out for all local, affected, and interested stakeholders, including non-governmental organizations, women groups, research institutes and organizations/individuals working on topics related to the project activity, policymakers on a national and County level,  end-users (households, communities, institutions, small- and medium enterprises) as well as representatives who are directly or indirectly affected by the project. Please note that this Local Stakeholder Consultation would be carried out at PoA level, i.e. would be valid for several carbon project activities in the Republic of Kenya.

BURN Manufacturing Co. (Coordinating and Managing Entity of the PoA) invites all interested parties to attend one of the following Local Stakeholder Consultation meetings:

October 30^th, 2020, 8:30 am to 13:00 pm in Nairobi
