Express Closes The Week As Top Gainer Of The Day

Express Kenya closed the week as the top gainer of the day at the Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE) with 8.61 percent at the price of 3.91 shillings per share followed by Uchumi Supermarket with 7,14 percent at the price of 0.30 shillings per share.

Stanbic Holdings and Fahari Stanlib Income – REIT gained 5,96 and 3.00 percent at the price of 80.00 and 5.50 shillings per share respectively. Carbacid Investments gained 2.99 percent at the price of 8.96 shillings per share.

Eveready East Africa was the top loser of the day with 9.09 percent at the price of 0.90 shillings per share followed by Kenya Re-Insurance with a loss of 7.34 percent at the price of 2.02 shillings per share.

Liberty Kenya and Flame Tree Group lost 4.09 and 3.47 percent at the price of 7.50 and 1.39 shillings per share respectively. Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE) lost 3.00 percent at the price of 7.76 shillings per share.

Kenya Re-Insurance was the top mover of the day with 4.67 million shares followed by Equity Group and Safaricomwho moved 3.42 and 3.20 million shares respectively.

KCB Group and Britam Holdings sold 2.06 million and 516,900 shares respectively.
