Along this journey, you might fail in the beginning. And that’s okay. You might fall back into your bad addictions and habits. What to do then? Set small goals each day. Goals that limit your addiction. If you truly want to get rid of it, you will limit it.

Without a plan, your path to success will be very complicated. You’ll make it harder than it has to be. A successful healthy lifestyle of self-care helps you follow your plan. It’s almost NEEDED to achieve your goals. Not to speak of how much better you’ll be feeling.

As you move towards success, be intolerant to negative thinking. An important attribute in successful people is their impatience in negative thinking and negative acting people. The more you grow, the more you will realize that your associates change.

Some of your friends will never want you to go on. They will always want you to stay where they are. Remember, friends that don’t want you to climb up the ladder will want you to crawl.

Never seek counsel from unproductive people. Never discuss your problems with someone incapable of contributing to the solution because those who never succeed themselves are always first to tell you how.

You are certain to get the worst of the bargain when you exchange ideas with the wrong person. Don’t follow anyone who is not going anywhere. With some people, you spend an evening, with others you invest it. Be careful where you stop to inquire for directions along the road of life.
