To buy airtime for your Telkom mobile number or another person’s number, the steps are similar except the part for the account number.

5. Enter Account number as Telkom mobile number (the number you want to buy airtime for)

8. Confirm from the pop-up message that comes, the receiver of the money is Paypal.
