99 percent of your workmates are not friends. This sentence alone should have been the end of the story. But let me explain. They are your workmates. That is it. They will smile, gossip, play games, hold drinking parties, but they will always be workmates.

Get to work every morning, work, earn, laugh with some, cross with some, and go home to those who matter; family. Your closest family will always be there for you. They will miss you when your lights on earth finally fade. Focus.

If you want to taste the waters of your workmates, get fired. They will forget you within one week max. Life will go on. Another person will be found and work will continue like you never existed. That is the reality that few know and understand.

When you die while at work, work will not stop because you are dead. No way. You will be replaced as soon as you are buried. And if your burial takes longer than expected, you will be replaced while still in the morgue. Choose where you bank your whole life.

99% of your colleagues at work are not your friends. ☺️. They are just workmates. Come, work, earn, go home to those who matter; family. When tables turn, those workmates will leave you alone, & when you leave, you will be forgotten within a week! Focus.

Smiles are one of the most treacherous things in a human being. When one smiles, it is hard to tell whether it is genuine or a fake. Some smile so that they can pull you closer for an opportunity to finish you off with one blow. Enemies multiply smiles.

This does not mean that everyone at the workplace is bad. Remember there is the one percent. The remaining one percent are those people you meet at the workplace and they change your life, become the best of friends, and sometimes more than family.
