I&M Holdings Changes Name

KEY POINTS

I&M Holdings has change its name.

It will no longer be known as I&M Holdings but I&M Group after a successful change of name.

In an announcement to the media, the lender says the name going forward will be I&M Group Plc after it was approved by shareholder.

The company has not given details on what necessitated the change of the name.
