KUCCPS Third and Last Phase of Course Revision to Close to 23rd July

The Kenya University and Colleges Placement Service (KUCCPS), on July 13 announced an extension of the deadline for the third and last phase of course revision for the 2020 candidates to the 23^rd of July  2021.

2020 KCSE examination candidates who have not yet applied for a course of their choice should do so before the deadline.

Also, those who applied in the first and second revisions but did not merit any of their choices should reapply.

The student’s index numbers are provided on the KUCCPS website, www.kuccps.ac.ke.

The application which began on 25^th May 2021 has left many students as well as parents with anxiety especially the students who merited on the first revision.

Till now, they have not been given the results of the institutions or the courses they have been offered by the KUCCPS.

Many parents now feel that the placement body has been infiltrated by cartels who are still causing delays yet they are supposed to be given this information for early preparations of school fees and accommodation for their children who will be joining.

With only a month left for the students to start joining their various institutions, the parents and students are anxious and according to them, the move of extending the deadline is not appropriate because it might likely interfere with their planning.

Parents are now requesting the placement service to hurry and place the students to respective universities and colleges as early as possible to avoid the last-minute confusion and rush that might lead to some students not joining their respective institutions.
