DCI To Give Ksh 60 Million To Anyone With Information On Terrorists Who Escaped From Kamiti

The Kenya Police Service has announced the escape of three terror suspects from Kamiti Maximum prison.  A reward of 60 Million shillings will be offered to anyone with information that may lead to their arrest.

The three are reported to have materialized their escape on 15^th November 2021 at 1 am.

Here are their Details;

1. MUSHARAF ABDALLA AKHULUNGA aka ZARKAWI aka ALEX aka SHUKRI

The escaped terror inmate was arrested on 30^th September 2012 over his participation in a failed attempt to conduct a terrorist attack targeting parliament buildings. He was charged with a procession of explosives, ammunition, and firearms.

He hails from the Ekero area in Mumias within Kakamega County. The National Police Service informs members of the public that Musharaf is dangerous and appeals for any information regarding his whereabouts.

2. MOHAMED ALI ABIKAR

The escaped Kamiti terror inmate was arrested following his involvement with the Garissa University attack that occurred in April 2015.

3. JOSEPH JUMA ODIAMBO aka YUSUF

He was arrested on 21^st November 2019 in Bulla Hawa, Somalia while attempting to enlist with the Al Shabaab terror group. He hails from the Lukoye area, in Mumias within Kakamega County.

The National Police Service informs members of the public that Joseph is dangerous and appeals for any information regarding his whereabouts.
