The average yield of the Top 5 Money Market Funds increased by 0.1 percentage points to 9.8 percent, from 9.7 percent recorded last week, while the yield on the Cytonn Money Market Fund remained relatively unchanged at 10.6 percent.

Cytonn Money Market Fund is still the leading money market fund in Kenya with an effective annual rate of 10.57 percent followed by Zimele Money Market Fund with 9.91 percent of the effective annual rate.

Nabo Money Market Fund is the third best-performing money market in Kenya with an effective annual rate of 9.70 percent followed by Madison Money Market Fund with a 9.54 percent effective annual rate.

Sanlam Money Market Fund, Apollo Money Market Fund, and GenCapHela Imara Money Market Fund had effective annual rates of 9.19, 8.95, and 8.95 percent respectively.

Co-op Money Market Fund and Dry Associates Money Market Fund had the effective annual rate of 8.74 and 8.65 percent respectively.
