Sports CS Amina Mohamed has disbanded the defunct Football Kenya Federation (FKF) after a long battle between FKF and the Ministry of Sports

Sports CS Amina Mohamed has disbanded the defunct Football Kenya Federation (FKF) after a long battle between FKF and the Ministry of Sports over what has been termed as massive corruption and the mismanagement of sports by the Sports body.

The CS has appointed a caretaker committee to take over the running of the FKF. The committee will include:

  1. Just Aaron Ringera
  2. General Moses Oyugi
  3. Fatma Adan
  4. Philim Musyimi Mue
  5. Anthony L. Isayi
  6. Elisha Chepchieng Kiplagat
  7. Hassan Mahmoud Haji
  8. Fredrick Tureisa Lakeside
  9. Mwangi Muthee
  10. Neddy Atieno Okoth
  11. Ali Amour
  12. Richard Omwela
  13. Bobby Ogola
  14. J.J Masiga
