GOtv is delighting its customers in the new year with the announcement of a price reduction on the Govt Lite package. This means that our customers can continue to enjoy great Kenyan entertainment for less.

As such, we have taken the decision to ensure that we continually make our entertainment more affordable and accessible to democratize access to quality entertainment available on the GOtv platforms.
GOtv Lite is our most affordable package and this move will grant more Kenyans and our customers across the country increased access to a complete world of local and exciting entertainment channels at a lower price.
The change in the price of the GOtv Lite package takes effect from 21st January 2022 and be applied across the monthly, quarterly, and annual billing cycles.

Customers on GOtv Lite can enjoy the best picture quality and widest terrestrial signal coverage across Kenya with a sports highlights channel SuperSport Blitz (channel 30) which offers comprehensive sports highlights from across the globe, up to 22 entertainment channels including TV47 (102), Ramogi TV (101) and Maisha Magic East (Channel 4) which has the best Kenyan shows by top Kenyan stars including local favorites such as Selina, Njoro wa Uba, Our Perfect Wedding, Hullabaloo Estate, Pete, The Turn-Up and Pambio Live, Varshita and Chozi among other award-winning shows; Aljazeera news (40); Jim Jam (61) and Akili Kids (63) for the children; religious channels Emmanuel TV (82), Hope TV (101), Faith Channel (80) and Islam Channel (81), four audio channels – Classic FM, Milele FM, Radio Maisha, and Hope FM and all local free-to-air channels.
GOtv Lite customers can also upgrade to other packages to suit their entertainment needs. Customers have the option to upgrade to GOtv Value for Sh. 550 per month, GOtv Plus for Sh. 870 per month, GOtv Max available at Sh. 1150 per month or GOtv Supa for only Sh. 1499 per month.
GOtv customers will until 31 March 2022 enjoy additional benefits if they upgrade their package. GOtv customers on Lite (Sh.199) can upgrade to GOtv Value (Sh. 550) and will be further upgraded GOtv Plus at no additional cost.
