Super Petrol And Diesel Prices Up By Ksh 5, Kerosene Retained

The Energy Petrol and Regulatory Authority (EPRA) has announced new fuel prices that will be in place to April 15, 2022, with the price of Super Petrol and Diesel going up by 5 shillings and that of Kerosene to remain unchanged.

EPRA says the landed cost of imported Super Petrol rose by 13.34 percent from 596.79 dollars to 676.40 dollars per cubic meter while that of Diesel rose by 11.7 percent from 606.16 dollars to 677.31 dollars per cubic meter.

Here is the summary of the landed cost

For the next one month, a liter of Super Petrol will go for 132.46 shillings in Mombasa with Diesel and Kerosene retailing at 113.36 and 101.29 shillings per liter respectively.

Motorists in Nairobi will pay 134.72 shillings for a liter of Super Petrol, 115.60 shillings for a liter of Diesel, and 103.54 shillings for a liter of Kerosene.

Those from Nakuru will part with 134.24 shillings for a liter of Super Petrol, 115.43 shillings for a liter of Diesel, and 103.39 shillings for a liter of Kerosene.

Eldoret residents will pay 135.13 shillings for a liter of Super Petrol, 116.32 for a liter of Diesel, and 104.27 shillings for a liter of Kerosene. Those in Kisumu will pay 135.13 shillings for Super Petrol, 116.30 shillings for Diesel, and 104.26 shillings for Kerosene.
