The DStv Business call center operates daily from 8 m-midnight enabling the customer service officers to respond to customer queries received through the customer service telephone numbers, emails and also through the social media platforms day and night.
The call center can be reached at +254711066550 every day from 8 am to midnight. As always prompted, the calls are recorded for quality assurance.
Armed with the smartcard number, the customers can also reach out to the customer service team via the email address kenyadstvbusiness@ke.multichoie.com which is responded to within minutes.
