Government To Provide Loan To Teachers For Further Studies, Requirements And How To Apply

The Kenyan government is set to provide a 500,000 shillings loan to the registered teachers under the Teacher Service Commission, TSC, to further their studies.
As we all know, going to school is a dream that most Kenyan students have. It is often very devastating when they realize that their dreams to further their dreams have been cut off due to insufficient funds and inability to pay their school fees.
However, this does not have to be your truth with education sponsors in Kenya looking for needy and worthy students to support. Knowing how to scout for a good scholarship could be the key to reaching your academic goals with ease
According to the government’s views, the improvement of its human resources is a top priority and a crucial plan for achieving national growth.
An internationally competitive and adaptable human resource base that will significantly support the economic, social, and political pillars that form the basis of national growth is what is envisioned in Vision 2030, the country’s long-term development blueprint.
This necessitates the need for highly qualified, effective, and motivated public service personnel who have acquired the necessary skills and competencies through education and training.
For a country to facilitate access to and manage the Fund on behalf of the government, the Ministry and the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
This Circular is intended to let all TSC workers know that they have access to the training center and can pay for their own professional development
