Individual players will also get to walk away with hefty financial benefits for featuring at the World Cup. FIFA allows every national team to decide how much share players receive depending on the amount their team walks away with. The amount they get will also be determined by the team’s financial situation.
FIFA also announced a $60 million for the 2023 Women’s World Cup in Australia and New Zealand. this amount is double the estimated $30 Million offered during the 2019 tournament.
