However, in retrospect, there are critical skills that weren’t part of the curriculum but are essential for breaking from the herd and achieving exceptional success. Here’s a closer look at these skills:
Negotiation
At the heart of every personal and professional interaction is negotiation. It’s not just about striking deals in boardrooms; it’s about understanding others’ perspectives and reaching mutually beneficial outcomes. This skill is pivotal in navigating life’s various challenges and opportunities.
