The insurer was crowned winner of the coveted Healthcare Campaign of the Year award for its “Always With You – One Year of Care” campaign, a digital-first initiative that spotlighted powerful, real-life stories of support — from emergency evacuations and home-based recovery to telemedicine and wellness services.

In a double victory for the company, Monica Chege, Head of Marketing & Corporate Communications at Jubilee Health Insurance, received the Marketing Trailblazer of the Year award. The honor recognizes her visionary leadership and transformative role in reshaping healthcare marketing across East Africa through purpose-driven innovation.
