Showmax Announces Safer Deals For Customers

Showmax has announced a discount offer that will allow its customers to get the latest and best international series and save some cash during this COVID-19 pandemic period.

Showmax subscribers paying via M-Pesa will enjoy 3 months viewing for the price of two months, while those who make a 3-month payment will enjoy 6 months uninterrupted viewing.

The offer is only valid for subscriptions paid via Mpesa and is applicable for both Showmax mobile and Showmax Standard packages. Both new and existing subscribers can take advantage of the discount deal.

The discounts are applicable from 1 April 2020 to 30 June 2020 as follows:

Showmax mobile

1 month: Kshs 375

3 months: Kshs 749 (3 months for the price of 2)

6 months: Kshs 1,125 (6 months for the price of 3)

Showmax standard

1 month: Kshs 750

3 months: Kshs 1,500 (3 months for the price of 2)

6 months: Kshs 2,250 (6 months for the price of 3)

Mobile users need not worry about their bundles and buffering as Showmax recently capped streaming resolution on its mobile apps.

Showmax mobile resolution has been limited to 576p to reduce data traffic which has spiked following stay at home orders issued by the government to contain the spread of COVID-19.
