HF Group Launches Campaign Offering 30% Discounts on Property Purchase

HF Group on March 4 launched a property sales campaign dubbed ‘Shika Nyumba na HF’ that will let home buyers enjoy up to 30 percent discount on the value of properties available at the company.

The company also noted that those looking to acquire the same properties on mortgage terms will receive myriad financing options for flexibility.

According to Robert Kibaara, the Chief Executive of HF Group, the company is committed to ensuring that home ownership for Kenyans is easily accessible.

“The Shika Nyumba promotion is an opportunity to make our existing properties even more affordable to potential buyers locally and in the diaspora. We have reduced prices up to 30% on 700 maisonettes and apartments in various prime locations in Nairobi and its environs. These include properties owned by HF and those belonging to developers whom we have financed,” he said.

HF Group has partnered with more than 20 accredited selling agents to accelerate the property sales for the campaign that will run for three months, from the 4th of March to 31st May 2019.

HF projects that are ready for sale include Woodley Springs Apartments located off Ngong Road and Warira Court off Kamiti Road, Evergreen Valley maisonettes and apartments in Utawala, Komarock Heights Apartments located in Komarock Estate off Kangundo road, Kahawa Downs Apartments in Kahawa Sukari, Koibatek Apartments located along Oloitokitok Road, and Sigona Heights Maisonettes located along Waiyaki Way.

There are other projects still under development including 248 apartments in Richland Pointe, which will be finished by March 2019, 152 apartments in Precious Gardens Phase 2 expected to be complete by September 2019, and 80 units in Clay City phase 1A expected to be ready by January 2020.
