Stop sharing your information online – social media platforms are good but do not trust them to the extent of sharing your personal information such as phone numbers.

Have longer passwords for your mobile loan apps (bank apps) – a good password should have letters, numbers, and symbols.

Do not share your information with people who call you randomly claiming to be either from the bank or a communication service provider. Whenever you receive such calls, disconnect, and call your service provider to confirm.

Keep your PIN a secret and never share it with anyone.
