A Woman In Migori Stabs A KCSE Candidate to Death

The incident reportedly occurred at the Kamagambo area on Wednesday at 10 pm, upon which the woman, Joyce Achieng Omondi,  locked herself up in her house.

Local residents reported the incident after their efforts to break into the house where the suspect had locked herself proved futile.

She reportedly only opened the door after police officers arrived on the scene and surrendered bearing the kitchen knife she used to commit the crime. She is currently in custody as detectives investigate the motive behind the killing.

The KCSE candidate who was 19 years of age was a male student at Kuna Secondary School and was scheduled to sit for the national examination on March 26.

The deceased was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment but succumbed to the injuries in the wee hours of Thursday, March 25.

In another fatal accident that also happened on Wednesday, March 25, A woman stabbed three men who allegedly fought over her. She then sucked their blood. One of the men is dead while the other two are fighting for their lives.

The three men on Wednesday engaged in fisticuffs over the woman, identified as Margaret Wambui Wangari, before she attacked them according to police. The suspect drew a sharp object and drove it deep into the ear of one of the men, killing him instantly.
