Reports have indicated that WhatsApp is testing a new feature, through which the limit for sending files will be increased. Currently, Android users can send up to between 16 and 25MB worth of files while iPhone users can send up to 100MB worth of files.
In sending heavy files, millions around the world have been using platforms such as Gmail which in the event of a heavy file, converts into a Google Link, sending through one’s Google Drive. Others use platforms such as WeTransfer.
