Pwani Oil Products Ltd Showcases Sawa and Afrisense Brands at Beauty World Middle East 2025 in Dubai

Pwani Oil Products Ltd, a leading manufacturer of edible oils, soaps, and personal care products in Kenya, has made its debut at Beauty World Middle East 2025 at the Dubai World Trade Center.
The three-day prestigious event that started on October 27 is recognized as the largest international gathering for the global beauty industry, this year attracting over 75,000 visitors and 2,400 exhibitors from around the world.
Pwani Oil’s booth at the expo is hosted by its senior leadership and international business team, who are engaging with global distributors, buyers, and partners as the company showcases its Sawa range of beauty and skincare products alongside the Afrisense brand.
Beauty World Middle East 2025 serves as a global hub for discovering the latest in cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, haircare, and wellness, spotlighting innovation, sustainability, and cross-cultural beauty trends.
Pwani Oil’s participation marks a major milestone in its regional and international expansion strategy, positioning Kenyan-made products on the global beauty stage.
Mr Malde noted participation in Beauty World Middle East marks an exciting chapter for Pwani Oil as the company shares its Sawa and Afrisense brands with the world.
“We are proud to represent Kenya’s growing beauty industry on a global stage and to showcase products that combine natural ingredients, scientific innovation, and affordability,” he said.
Mr Purohit noted the global stage offers a platform that allows Pwani Oil to explore new markets and partnerships while reinforcing its commitment to creating high-quality products that celebrate African beauty and meet global standards.
Unveiled in September 2025, the new Sawa Body Lotion range reflects Pwani Oil’s growing commitment to innovation and product diversification.
The line features four unique variants –Sawa Glycerin & Sweet Almond Oil Body Lotion, Sawa Cocoa Butter Body Lotion, Sawa Men Cool Burst Lotion, and Sawa Aloe Vera Body Lotion— each scientifically formulated to deliver deep hydration and nourishment for up to 72 hours, while meeting the highest standards of skin safety.
Complementing the Sawa range is Afrisense, Pwani’s proudly African beauty brand that embodies the essence of natural skincare.
Afrisense blends traditional African ingredients with modern science to create products that go beyond cleansing, offering moisturizing, nourishing care for youthful, radiant skin. Designed for accessibility and quality, it appeals to consumers who value self-care and confidence.
A new, dedicated event dubbed Next in Fragrance will also be unveiled at the expo, featuring master perfumers and industry leaders discussing the future of scent.
Adding to its immersive appeal, Beauty World Middle East 2025 will also feature the 6th edition of the Beauty World Middle East Awards, which celebrates excellence across 17 categories.
