How to redeem Bonga points when buying goods and Services

  1. Dial *126#
  2. Select “Lipa na Bonga Points “
  3. Select “Buy Goods” if using buy goods or Select “Pay Bill” for Paybill Number
  4. Enter the Business no.”
  5. Click “SEND”
  6. If needed, Enter Account no. tap “SEND”
  7. Enter the Amount, to pay and click SEND
  8. Enter your M-PESA PIN and click SEND
  9. You will receive a confirmation message from Safaricom with the number of Bonga Points spent and a Reference Number.
