Sanlam Kenya Tops the NSE on Tuesday as Fahari Income-REIT Lags

Sanlam Kenya was the top gainer of the day at the NSE on Tuesday. The company gained 7.41 percent at the price of 29.00 shillings per share followed by Total Kenya with a gain of 7.37 percent at the price of 18.20 shillings per share.

Deacons (East Africa) came in third with 7.14 percent at the price of 4.50 shillings per share. I&M Holdings and Carbacid Investments gained 6.71 and 6.06 percent respectively at the price of 79.50 and 14.00 shillings per share respectively.

Fahari Income-REIT was the top loser of the day. The company lost 8.90 percent at the price of 10.75 shillings per share.

Trans-Century and Sasini Tea and Coffee lost 8.33 and 5.00 percent respectively at the price of 5.50 and 19.00 shillings per share respectively.

East African Portland Cement and Kenya Re-Insurance closed the top five losers of the day on Tuesday with 5.00 and 4.50 percent respectively at the price of 28.50 and 19.10 shillings per share respectively.
