On Thursday, Kenyan commercial banks were buying a US Dollar at an average of 100.8483 shillings and selling it at 101.0483 shillings.

For those who wanted to sell a Sterling Pound, commercial banks were buying it at 130.7239 shillings and selling it 131.0217 shillings.

Banks bought the Euro at an average of 116.3567 shillings and later sold it at 116.6122 shillings similar to what transpired on Wednesday.

A South African Rand was bought at 7.0161 shillings by commercial banks and sold at 7.0349 shillings. A Kenyan shilling was bought at 37.8908 Ugandan shillings and sold at 37.9778 Ugandan shillings.

Banks were exchanging 8.7329 Tanzanian shillings for a Kenyan shilling and sold it at 8.7998 Tanzanian shillings.
