Masoko Customers to Enjoy up to 85 Percent off on Black Friday

Safaricom’s e-commerce platform Masoko customers will enjoy discounts and deals of up to 85 percent during the Masoko Black Friday taking place this week.

Masoko Customers will get the opportunity to buy phones, electronics, foodstuff, beverages among other items.

In the run-up to Black Friday, customers have this week been enjoying various deals ranging from home shopping, beauty, and fashion, phones and accessories, electronics and gadgets among other products.

During the company’s half-year results announced earlier this month, Safaricom CEO Bob Collymore commented that “Our vision is to use the platform to bring the market to small businesses wherever they are in Kenya, and to give them access to opportunities presented by the rapid growth of e-commerce across the globe.,”

Mr. Collymore added that Masoko which turned one year this month has delivered products to 45 out of 47 counties, on-boarded over 120 active vendors and increased stock keeping units to over 30,000

In October this year, Safaricom launched a three months campaign dubbed ‘Masoko Shopping Festival’ which will run until January 11, 2019. During this period, customers will be getting discounts on a variety of electronic goods, mobile devices, fashion accessories, foodstuffs and beverages purchased on Masoko.
