Was The BBI Report Doctored To Favor Certain Individuals?

Was the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) report doctored? Who came up with the second BBI draft? Were all the 14 members of the committee included? Who introduced the position of the Prime Minister, two Deputy Prime Ministers in the BBI?

Major (Rtd) John Seii, a member of the committee that was tasked with coming up with the BBI says the contents were doctored. He says the original report did not have the position of the Prime Minister and two deputies but only head the leader of the opposition.

John Seii says Members of the committee were kept in the dark about the contents of the BBI until four days to its launch. If those tasked with drafting the BBI did not draft it, then who did? Is it then true that it was drafted at State House?

John Seii also says the team did not discuss or approve the addition of 70 Members of Parliament into the BBI report. He says some members of the team have been coerced to agree to the contents of the report they never even took part in drafting.

The BBI report was launched by both President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga and attended by Deputy President William Ruto who raised various concerns concerning the contents of the report. Both Raila and Uhuru say the report is good for Kenyans.

If the report is good for Kenyans, did Kenyans say they wanted a Prime Minister? Did Kenyans say they wanted 2 Deputy Prime Ministers? Did Kenyans say they wanted 2 senators per county? Did Kenyans say they wanted 70 more MPs?

If BBI means good for this country, then it should be not about creating more political positions and forcing Kenyans, who are already broke, to fund the lifestyles of other lazy individuals.
