Chase Bank Kenya now fully operational

Chase Kenya Bank has now fully resumed operations and existing customers as well as new ones are encouraged to bank and transact.

Customers with deposits up to one million shillings are able to access their cash. However, customers with more than one million shillings in deposits will have to wait for some time before accessing their cash. The bank has assured customers with more than one million deposits that they will have access to their money as soon as possible.

According to the management, all the accounts: Savings, Current and Fixed Deposit accounts are now active and customers are free to use them. Customer can now open new accounts, maintain existing ones as well as seeking of financial assistance from the bank.

All other services such as Mfukoni App, Online Banking, ATM services as well operations at the branches are back to their feet. Customers who wish to withdraw their cash or checking balances can now do so at Chase Bank Arms.

At the Chase Report Agencies, customers can now deposit cheques, withdrawals of cash as well as checking their balances.

Chase Bank became the first bank in Kenya to go under receivership and revived within three weeks. The Central Bank of Kenya blamed the social media for rumours that created panic among customers who then made massive withdrawals.

The bank mainly accommodates entrepreneurs due to its friendly products that cater for all across.
