Mumias Sugar Emerges Top Loser of the Day
Sameer Africa was the top gainer of the day. The company gained 10.00 percent at the price of 3.30 shillings per share. Longhorn Kenya Ltd came in second with 9.62 percent at the price of 5.70 shillings per share. CFC Stanbic Holdings Ltd, Liberty Kenya Holdings Ltd and Express Ltd gained 8.77, 7.38 and 5.26 percent respectively. See the image below:
Mumias Sugar Company Ltd was not lucky today as it emerged as the top loser of the day with 7.14 percent at the price of 1.30 shillings per share. Sasini Tea and Coffee Ltd lost 3.78 percent 17.80 shillings. Kenya Commercial Bank Ltd, Williamson Tea Kenya Ltd and Trans-Century Ltd lost 2.47, 2.20 and 1.96 percent respectively.
