There are a number of different ways to deal with customers through social media but the key is ensuring that feedback is given.
Social media feedback, if keenly followed can greatly lead to the success of an organization. There need to be mechanisms in place that will make sure that the company always gets in touch with the audiences on different social media platforms and that their needs are being met to the latter. If tis is well observed, every brand will end up achieving their goals as far as the customer-brand relationship is concerned.
