Kenya: A Country of Looters, Liars, And Child Killers Begging For Donor Funding

KEY POINTS
Enough. Enough of the lies. Enough of the bloodshed. Enough of the looting. They must go. And not in the way they want. They must go in the way the people decide. Because if we wait any longer, there will be nothing left to fight for.
A nation begging for donor aid to fund HIV/AIDS programs, chronic disease treatments, and maternal care is the same nation that spends one billion shillings in just four days launching faulty transformers, peddling lies, and hurling insults at the very citizens who suffer under its weight. If irony had a capital, it would be Nairobi. If theft had a university, our government would be the tenured professors. If killing the innocent was a sport, they would be the world champions.
Kenya is not governed. Kenya is devoured. Every sunrise is another opportunity for the political class to perfect their craft—stealing from the hungry, the sick, the dying, and the unborn. It is the only government in the world that celebrates looting as a policy directive, incompetence as a virtue, and brutality as an effective method of public engagement. They do not lead; they pillage. They do not govern; they reign over a graveyard of dreams.
At night, they sit around tables made of gold, discussing how best to tax oxygen next. During the day, they appear on national television with sermons of deceit, promising employment, better healthcare, and lower taxes—only to turn around and do the exact opposite before their lies have even settled in the ears of the gullible. Kenyans are not citizens; they are prey. The government is not an institution; it is a criminal syndicate draped in anthems and flags.
We must warn every donor to stop giving Kenya money. Every cent sent here is transformed into another mansion in Karen, another high-end car for a politician’s mistress, another bribe to silence an honest journalist, another police bullet lodged into the skull of a protesting child. The money meant to buy medicine for cancer patients is instead funding extravagant birthday parties for thieves whose only achievement is knowing how to rig elections and silence dissent.
The government tells you to tighten your belts while they loosen theirs. They tax the struggling boda boda rider more than they tax billionaires. They raise levies for every possible commodity but give tax holidays to foreign corporations. They criminalize poverty but protect those who steal billions. They pass laws that make it impossible for the youth to own land, to afford rent, to start businesses, or even to dream.
They do not believe in governance. They believe in looting. They loot health budgets and let hospitals turn into morgues. They loot education funds and let schools collapse. They loot food reserves and let Kenyans starve. They loot infrastructure funds and let roads remain potholes. They loot, they loot, they loot—until there is nothing left but our misery.

They hate you. They do not see you as a citizen; you are an obstacle to their wealth. That is why they kill your children when they demand a better future. That is why they bribe your religious leaders to keep you silent. That is why they employ social media mercenaries to gaslight you into believing that suffering is normal. They do not serve you. They serve themselves and their gluttonous, bottomless stomachs.
This is a government that spends days crafting ways to legalize theft. They call it “public-private partnerships.” They sell airports, ports, and forests to their friends and call it “investment.” They sign secret deals that mortgage the country for generations, ensuring that even your great-grandchildren will be born into debt. This is not governance. This is organized crime with official letterheads.
We have the most arrogant thieves. They do not steal in shame. They steal and tell you to clap for them. They steal and hold press conferences to justify why they will steal more tomorrow. They steal and tell you it is “for development.” They steal and tell you to trust the process. They steal, get caught, get exposed, and then get promoted. Here, corruption is not a crime; it is a stepping stone to power.
This government is a gang of elites who do not feel shame. They jet off to Europe for medical treatment while public hospitals lack gloves. They send their children to study abroad while local universities collapse under mismanagement. They hold economic forums in five-star hotels discussing how to alleviate poverty while sipping on imported whiskey. The joke is not on them; it is on us.
Why are we still paying taxes? To fund our own suffering? To give these people more money to loot? To ensure that they have more bullets to kill our brothers and sisters when they protest against their own hunger? We must suffer to a point where we all wake up, all of us, and send these people home. Not in five years. Not in ten years. Today. Now. Immediately.
This government does not care whether you eat, whether you have a job, whether your child is educated, or whether your family survives. Their priority is themselves. Their focus is wealth accumulation. Their legacy is death. The only way to fix this country is by first sending them all home.
There is no other way. No other solution. No other option. We cannot reform a government of murderers, thieves, and liars. We cannot negotiate with people who see us as obstacles to their next billion. We cannot wait for an election that they will rig. We cannot afford another five years of this madness.
We must all suffer to a point where we refuse to be divided by tribe, religion, class, or political affiliation. We must all suffer to a point where we understand that our suffering is deliberate, planned, and executed with precision. We must all suffer until we refuse to let them use our hunger against us. We must all suffer until we are angry enough to fight back.
Enough. Enough of the lies. Enough of the bloodshed. Enough of the looting. They must go. And not in the way they want. They must go in the way the people decide. Because if we wait any longer, there will be nothing left to fight for.
This government is a disgrace. This government is a crime scene. This government is a stain on our country’s history. The only way forward is to end it. Now.
