Drive Your Business Forward: A Guide to NCBA’s Asset Finance Schemes

Growing a business often comes down to having the right equipment on the road or the worksite, but paying for it outright isn’t always realistic.
That’s where asset finance comes in, and NCBA has partnered with a lineup of leading vehicle and automotive dealers to make acquiring commercial assets easier for Kenyan businesses.
NCBA offers a series of tailored financing schemes covering everything from pickups and trucks to heavy commercial vehicles. Each scheme comes with its own mix of financing percentages, repayment periods, repayment holidays, and, in several cases, extra working capital to help keep operations running smoothly.
Whether you’re a contractor bidding on bigger jobs, a developer expanding your fleet, or a business owner looking to modernize your vehicles, there’s likely a scheme built with you in mind. Here’s a closer look at what’s on offer.
Why Asset Finance Makes Sense
Buying vehicles or heavy equipment outright ties up capital that could otherwise go toward growing your business. Asset finance spreads that cost over time, freeing up cash flow while still giving you full use of the asset from day one. NCBA’s schemes go a step further by bundling in benefits like repayment holidays — a grace period before repayments begin — and, for select partners, additional working capital to cover fuel, maintenance, staffing, or other operational needs.
